Laundry Room Relocation

We transformed an underutilized office space into a functional and modern laundry area. The first step involved clearing out the office to make way for the new laundry setup. We removed the existing entry door to enhance accessibility and widened the room's entryway, creating a seamless transition between the laundry room and the adjacent areas. This initial phase set the stage for the installation of new washer and dryer units, which required careful planning and execution of necessary water and sewer connections to ensure efficient operation.

We addressed the aesthetic aspects of the room by repairing the drywall, which had sustained some damage during the relocation process. Once the repairs were completed, we applied a fresh coat of paint, revitalizing the space and giving it a clean, inviting appearance. The combination of practical upgrades and aesthetic improvements not only enhanced the functionality of the room but also contributed to the overall appeal of the home.
